● It argues that the 6.475 million euros they contribute to the national GDP and the 200.000 jobs they generate "are sufficient reasons to preserve and protect hunting and wildlife"
● “It is necessary that the institutions show their support for both activities. 40.000 wildlife licenses and 800.000 hunting licenses are in danger”
● Remember that the Andalusian PP has in its electoral program its defense "as motors of the economy, employment and the protection of biodiversity", and its promotion as an asset and tourist and sports claim inside and outside Andalusia

The general secretary of the Andalusian PP and number one for Huelva in Parliament, Loles López, has demanded this Friday that the rest of the political forces publicly define their position on hunting and sylvesterism, just as the Popular Party has done. "Hunting is played by 2D", López stated and recalled that 81 percent of the Andalusian territory is hunting and that it generates 2.000 million euros a year only in season.

López, in a meeting with the president of the Andalusian Hunting Federation, José María Mancheño, and hunters from the province, which was also attended by the president of the PP of Huelva and number two in Parliament, Manuel Andrés González, once again highlighted that these are activities "with a strong impact on the Spanish economy" since they contribute 6.475 million euros to the national GDP and generate 200.000 direct and indirect jobs. "These are reasons enough to preserve and protect hunting and wildlife," he said.

In this sense, he has advocated that all institutions "show their support for both activities." "40.000 wildlife licenses and 800.000 hunting licenses are in danger."

«In addition to being part of our traditions and customs -he has argued-, they contribute with the hundreds of thousands of fans who have to settle the population in rural areas, to maintain and preserve the mountains, roads and paths, and to support the ECCA activity and the employment of many territories”.

Regarding this, López recalled that the Andalusian PP has in its electoral program the support and defense of hunting and sylvesterism. "We are committed to promoting the economic, business and social values of hunting and wildlife as engines of the economy, employment and the protection of biodiversity, our flora and fauna, and we will undertake the necessary measures to eliminate those regulatory obstacles and bureaucratic procedures that make it difficult for them to develop normally and to promote them as an asset and tourist and sports attraction inside and outside of Andalusia”.

He has also stressed that the Andalusian PP will support the administrative file promoted by the Andalusian Hunting Federation, together with the Spanish Rehalf Association and the Hunting Land Association, to obtain the Declaration of Hunting and Rehalf as an Asset of Cultural Interest in Andalusia ( BIC) and its subsequent inclusion in the General Catalog of the Historical Heritage of Andalusia.

«Hunting is an important economic engine in Andalusia and it is important for a problem that worries us a lot, which is the depopulation that is taking place in the inland towns. It is a dynamic element of the natural environment, its sustainability and the rural economy”. For this reason, López has stated that the Andalusian PP will guarantee and defend the rights of hunters and sylvesters in Andalusia.
