The spokesman for Development, Infrastructures and Territorial Planning of the Popular Parliamentary Group, Juan Bueno, stressed today that the validation of the Decree Law for the environmental and territorial adaptation of irregular buildings "is an act of responsibility" of all groups in Parliament . “The Government of Change is solving the problem of thousands of Andalusians who have been suffering from a life problem for too many years and without a clear and sharp response from the previous PSOE government”, he stated.
During his speech in plenary, Bueno recalled that this problem "affects 320.000 homes and therefore 320.000 families in Andalusia", and stressed that "as the PP had always promised in electoral campaigns and in meetings with those affected, this matter was a priority for the Government of Juanma Moreno and it was only fair to resolve it”.
Bueno stressed to the rest of the groups that "it is not an amnesty as has been said to tarnish the objective of validation", and regretted that "The former president herself, Susana Díaz, described it as such in statements that denoted frivolity and ignorance about this issue". "He looks like he hasn't even read it," stressed the popular deputy.
With this validation, he insisted that "the defense by the Government of the Environment of the change is very clear, since the situations of protected areas or those close to the coast are preserved" while recalling that "flood-prone areas will need, as is logical, special performances ”.
