• Ramón Herrera reminds Susana Díaz that the Ministry of Health is preparing the Early Attention Law in agreement with the sector
• The president of the Board, Juanma Moreno, met yesterday with members of the Antonio Guerrero Foundation, and promised to respond to the needs of children with developmental disorders and their families.
The Andalusian parliamentarian of the PP of Almería Ramón Herrera has today accused the PSOE-A spokesperson, Susana Díaz, of "asking in six months what the PSOE did not do in 37 years", after coming to the province and demanding that the Government of Juanma Moreno more resources for early care in Andalusia.

Herrera points out that while the Popular Party has been in opposition, year after year it has demanded "more investment and greater execution" in terms of Early Attention, it has even presented amendments to the budgets, and in all cases Susana Díaz has ignored these requests , so now he cannot come as a "flagship of the cause" when his party has not cared about these children.

In this sense, she reminds Díaz that in 2017, the year in which she was president of the Board, Andalusian minors did not receive more than 50.000 sessions awarded, in the case of Almería 8.300, as a result of poor planning and limitations of the Decree , which forced families to spend money on private centers for their children.

Ramón Herrera points out that with the Government of change there has been a radical change in terms of Early Attention since the president of the Board, Juanma Moreno, has made it clear that he is committed to an Early Attention Law that arises from dialogue between entities, professionals and families.

In addition, yesterday he met with members of the Antonio Guerrero Foundation and promised to respond to the needs of these children.

“Juanma Moreno is going to comply with Early Attention as he does every time he promises something. Susana Díaz, on the other hand, cannot say the same because she was not able to carry out this Law and only one Decree was approved, which from the PP we consider to be clearly improvable, which also did not include the demands of the entities, families and professionals," he said.

The popular parliamentarian also recalls that when the PP was in opposition, Juanma Moreno presented a Law on Early Care that was agreed upon with families and that expanded the rights and care of children, a Law that was rejected by the Socialist Party as well remembered the numerous families that attended the plenary session of Parliament that day.

Ramón Herrera states that the Andalusian Government is working tirelessly to promote everything that the PSOE Government left unfinished, which was a lot, and once again reiterates the commitment of the party and the Andalusian Government to Early Attention to which by 2019 They have allocated more than 32 million euros.

“In 2015, 9,5 million were budgeted for Early Childhood Care Centers but 7,4 million were executed, leaving more than 2,1 million without investing, almost a quarter of the budget. In 2016, 14,3 million of which as of December 31 had only executed 12,5 million, and in 2017 20,9 million were budgeted, but in the end only 17,7 million were executed. In other words, “in just three years, 7,1 million in budgeted transfers for Early Childhood Care Centers were left unexecuted,” he said.

Finally, he pointed out that the Government of Juanma Moreno is going to continue working so that Andalusia has the Early Care that our children deserve.

ANDALUSIAN CENTER OF PHOTOGRAPHY

On the other hand, he has referred to the Andalusian Photography Center and has asked the PSOE-A spokesperson to be informed of the reality of this matter before visiting the province, which is none other than "this center is not going to be dismantled as so she assures”.

“Susana Díaz's statements are false. The Board has bet and will continue to do so for the CAF, so that it remains a benchmark of Almeria and Andalusian culture, which is what the people of Almeria and the commitment of the Popular Party want ”, she stated.

Regarding the dismissal of Rafael Doctor, he once again insisted that it occurred because before the CAF depended on the Agency's Directorate of Photography and now it will depend on the Agency's Visual Arts Directorate, which will be accompanied by the direction of the CAF, Therefore, a contest will be drawn to find the best profile.

Finally, he asks Susana Díaz to reflect and remember that, for example, in the case of the Instituto Cervantes, the Council of Ministers of the PSOE replaced Juan Manuel Bonet with Luis García Montero, a poet, essayist and novelist who has been a member of the IU for years and who in 2015 was the candidate of this formation to the Community of Madrid.

"Let Susana Díaz stay calm because we will choose the CAF director by competition and he will not have a PP card, other directors like the one named above cannot say the same," he concludes.
