• Martín recalls that "there are many people linked to the PSOE who have taken the money into their pockets with their hands full with the ERE case"
The deputy general secretary of the Andalusian Popular Party, Toni Martín, pointed out today the effect produced by the ERE, the "greatest looting" in the history of democracy, on the electoral doping of the PSOE. In this sense, the popular leader has indicated that "they have stolen our money and they have stolen our democracy" and has wondered about "who now calculates what percentage of advantage this purchase of wills and votes has given the PSOE in each election that supposed the ERE”.
For this reason, it has been questioned whether "Chaves, Griñán and Díaz, whom Griñán left behind, would have been presidents without the help of this illegal system of buying wills in Andalusia with the money of the Andalusian unemployed that the PSOE devised and launched" and if Zapatero and Sánchez "would also have been presidents without the contribution of extra votes from this illegal network of will-buying in Andalusia."
For Martín, in the same way, it is worth asking, in reference to the last elections, "whether these would be the electoral results if the Andalusians had been able to go to the polls already knowing the judicial sentence of the ERE case".
As the deputy general secretary of the PPA has underlined, "we are witnessing these days the desperation of a party, the PSOE, which tries to justify the unjustifiable, which tries to convince society that what is dishonest is honest, that embezzling is synonymous with honesty and that, instead of asking for forgiveness, it seems that he wants society to ask for forgiveness from them”.
“The PSOE does not know, in short, how to deal with the fact that justice has sentenced its leadership to prison terms and disqualification for 20 years, and it has done so, it must be repeated a thousand times, for having looted the public coffers of Andalusia to buy votes and thus continue in power in an undemocratic way”.
Martín has also focused on the enrichment that the PSOE denies. "In addition to this colossal looting of democracy that the ERE of the PSOE have been, in addition to buying votes to continue governing, they also stole to personally benefit themselves, their relatives, their friends and their own party", pointing out that "no matter how much they refuse to recognize it, in the ERE there have been many people linked to the PSOE who have taken the money by hand full to their pockets.
At this point, he has recalled various cases such as that of former counselor Antonio Fernández, one of the convicted, who "included himself in the ERE of the González Byass winery where he worked in his youth." The help that he assigned himself was 386.181 euros and, in order to have the necessary seniority, he "set the date of seniority in the company as the day of his birth."
“Another of the convicts, the former Director General of Labor, Javier Guerrero, together with his driver, created several companies without any activity that were showered with 1,5 million in subsidies from the reptile fund that they distributed themselves at will. That money was spent on cocaine, parties and drinks. The popular leader has also recalled other cases such as that of a brother of the former Andalusian president Borbolla, Ángel Rodríguez de la Borbolla, who is being prosecuted for receiving 8,4 million from the reptile fund; or that of two former socialist councilors from El Pedroso who received 34 million euros from that fund through their business network.
Likewise, Martín has highlighted that "there are almost 200 intruders or false early retirees linked to the PSOE, former mayors, former councilors, former union leaders, mothers-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law of high positions, who were early retired in companies where they never worked or received direct aid from finger without any legal procedure”. In the same way, he has highlighted that “an intruder donated a headquarters to the PSOE in Seville, that is, you pre-retire me by giving me an ERE of 300.000 euros and I will give you a headquarters. I don't know if for the PSOE that is irregular financing of the party or not”.
The popular, in the same way, has influenced that "more than 60 million of the looting ended up in the pocket of commission agents, who moved the money outside of Spain to tax havens and, if we talk about the formation, a former PSOE adviser, Ángel Ojeda, received awards for 55 million, money that ended up in secret accounts in Luxembourg and in other countries.
For the deputy general secretary of the PPA "there are too many cases to continue denying the evidence" and, he has insisted that "in the PSOE, on the one hand, they plundered the money of the Andalusian unemployed to stay in power through a clientelist system and, on the other hand, another, they also distributed the hard and hard money, including in this economic looting as beneficiaries of the money themselves, their relatives, their mayors, their councilors, their friends from the union, their neighbors, their militants”.
Martín has also pointed to the general secretary of the Andalusian PSOE, Susana Díaz, who, "before and after the ERE sentence, could choose to side with the Andalusians and defend their interests, but chose to defend the looters of Andalusia" . Thus, he added that "Díaz must resign due to his responsibility and the irreparable damage that he has caused to Andalusia by protecting his godfathers Chaves and Griñán by withdrawing, on October 17, 2016, the Board as a private accusation to claim the 680 million euros that the socialist governments embezzled”.
“Díaz is not only the heir to the institutionalized corruption of the PSOE in the Junta, but is also directly responsible for the fact that the Andalusians cannot recover the money from the socialist looting of Andalusia and a political beneficiary of this corruption with which the PSOE He wanted to stay in power." For all this, she has concluded, “in politics it is not enough to ask for forgiveness; we must act accordingly and we must assume political responsibilities and Susana Díaz must resign and leave politics now”.
