May 10 update. A piece of news has shaken the news of the Municipal elections, The presence of convicted terrorists, seven of them for murder, on the Bildu electoral lists. John Swords It has not ruled on the matter, but it has been known that this issue is going to take a heavy toll on the Socialist Party and the image of its Secretary General Pedro Sánchez.
The Andalusians do not understand how Juan Espadas defends the pacts with Bildu who presents murderers on his lists.
Juan Espadas' support for Bildu and ERC
John Swords has publicly supported the pacts with Bildu y ERC in an interview he did in El Mundo this Friday, May 5.
The General Secretary of the Andalusian PSOE, encouraged the militants and socialist officials to puff up the management of the Sánchez government and one of the reasons that he valued was that of the pacts with the independentistas.
It is not the first time that Juan Espadas supports the partners of the Government of Sánchez, since in November 2021 he was in favor of the PGE agreed with them, while voting against those of Andalusia.
In the El Mundo interview, the trajectory of the Andalusian socialist leader is reviewed, how he left the mayor's office of Seville at the end of 2021 and took the reins of the party, defeating Susana Díaz, with the support of Ferraz. The newspaper points out that for Espadas these elections are a revalidation after the collapse of his party in the last Regional Elections of 19J and the absolute majority of the PP de Juanma Moreno.
Regarding the drought, it refers to socialist proposals from 2014, however, as has been demonstrated by active and passive, the Government of Pedro Sánchez does not carry out the budgeted and approved water investments and he reaffirms the blackmail of making the withdrawal of the bill a condition.
John Swords He talks about creating problems with the EU, when precisely two days ago the European Union amended the plan to the Government of Pedro Sánchez. Brussels disavowed the embezzlement reduction carried out precisely to satisfy its independentistas members of ERC. Regarding the issue of water, even the interviewer herself criticizes one of the questions «Doesn't it seem simplistic to accuse the PP of denialism?»and also emphasizes that the socialists have a great responsibility in the current situation after 37 years of management.
The agreement with ERC and Bildu
Regarding the issue of the pact with ERC y Bildu, John Swords no doubt: the balance is positive. However, the interviewer asks him another devastating question: «But you had to give a wake-up call to your candidates so that they do not hide the initials of the PSOE«.
Why, if the pacts with which they want to break Spain are good, the PSOE candidates hide their initials in Andalusia? The answer is obvious, what is incredible is that the socialist leader supports these formations publicly following the orders of Madrid.
The specific question was:
The world. And do you think that pact with Catalan separatism and Bildu has been worth it?
John Swords. fully. Luckily we have had a socialist government... with decisions of progress
In this Twitter video from 2021, Juan Espadas already showed his support for the agreements with Bildu and ERC of Pedro Sánchez's Government.https://twitter.com/ppandaluz/status/1465629677624737794
The billboards of Bildu in Seville
Espadas' support for the separatists is joined on the same day by the enormous controversy raised by the Bildu billboards in Seville. The abertzale formation has contracted some billboards in the Cartuja of Seville to support Osasuna in their final against Real Madrid at the Seville capital stadium.
The messages of rejection on Social Networks have not been long in coming and Twitter has become a hotbed of indignation. It must be remembered that Seville has been a capital hit hard by ETA terrorism.
The leadership of Espadas in the PSOE-A questioned
The interviewer herself questions the leadership of Espadas in the Andalusian PSOE when asking about Susana Díaz and saying "Do you think you may be preparing to lead the Andalusian PSOE again if you fail to overcome the electoral results?«. Something that the Secretary General does not seem to like.
Although the Secretary General rules out her return, the interviewer cross-examines, putting the result of Seville capital as the scale to measure the possible return of Susana Díaz. She ends this uncomfortable interview for the SG of the PSOE-A by reminding him that there is still an open judicial investigation related to the issue of the FAFFE.

Absolutely, those were his exact words.
I ask those moderate socialists, those reasonable socialists, those socialists who do not agree with sanchismo, who do not agree that they are agreeing with parties that do not want, nor can, nor will they ever support a common and shared project as it is that of our nation, which is Spain.
To all of them I say that now is the time. This is the time for another ballot and to send Sánchez to the opposition. This is the time and, therefore, let them also help us to transform the change that we want in Andalusia, in Spain and in Granada. The Secretary General of the PP, Antonio Repullo, shows his rejection on Twitter of Espadas' support. Repullo is blunt:
Bildu, the heirs of ETA who murdered 121 Andalusians. It is a lack of respect for those families and Andalusia.
El candidate for mayor of Seville, José Luís Sanz, has given an immediate response on his Twitter account to the interview with the socialist leader.https://twitter.com/jlsanzalcalde/status/1654775314310995970Image: PSOE-A Flickr. License CC BY-ND 2.0.
