Andalusia continues to consolidate its leadership in Spain and Europe, standing out in economic growth, employment and renewable energies. However, the Andalusian Government is calling for fair financing in the face of the inequality generated by concessions to other communities. Minister María Jesús Montero and Pedro Sánchez must meet Andalusian needs, since the community competes with 1.500 billion less per year. Despite these challenges, Andalusia is promoting improvements in health, housing and political stability, reinforcing its role as an engine of development and growth in Spain.

The president of the Junta and the PP of Andalusia, Juanma Moreno, has explained this morning in the program Carlos Herrera on COPE the keys to his management and the future challenges for Andalusia. In an interview marked by current political and economic events, Moreno has defended his model of government based on dialogue, institutional stability and attracting investments, while claiming its commitment to ensure that Andalusia leads economic growth and job creation in SpainShe also criticised the central government's lack of commitment and demanded that the Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, create a fair financing system that does not punish Andalusians.

Andalusia in the Committee of the Regions. The fact that Andalusia chairs the Committee of the Regions means more opportunities for influence and projection for this community that is making a strong entrance into Europe. The fact that Andalusia chairs this Committee gives us the possibility of having a direct relationship with the European institutions and allows us to show our influence on the interests we have in Europe.

Rise of far-right parties in Europe. We are experiencing a disruptive situation in Europe where traditional parties are losing strength, social democracy is disappearing and there is a rise of the radical right that is growing in all areas of European countries. That is why the space of centrality and common sense that the PP represents is more necessary than ever.

The first problem that Andalusia has is Pedro Sánchez and a State Administration that does not attend to its needs.

We compete with other autonomous communities with 1.500 billion less annually. There are communities such as Catalonia and the Basque Country that have benefited. We have a problem with equity and we want there to be equality among Spaniards so that we can compete on equal terms.

Another problem that affects not only Andalusia but the rest of Spain is the Lack of professionals and specialists, to which is added the unemployment, although this has been reduced, bringing us closer to 3,5 million employed people, creating more than 70.000 jobs in the last year.

In 2024, 80% of new companies established in Spain, registered with Social Security, are Andalusian, 8 out of 10, in addition to more than 40.000 billion euros in exports.

Andalusia is a powerhouse in renewable energy generation and a leader in photovoltaic energy production.

The Andalusian economy is a strong economy, ready to reach the average in terms of unemployment, and which has consolidated itself as the third economic power.

Debt forgiveness. We say no to debt forgiveness because we do not have a debt problem. We have made an effort to reduce that debt. An 'ad hoc' solution has been made for an agreement with Catalonia by Mr. Sánchez and with the pro-independence parties. Public money has been spent with an objective that was neither social nor economic, but rather the disconnection from Spain and now he wants the Spanish people to pay that debt. Everyone has to have a balanced budget in their accounts.

We ask Minister Montero to resolve the funding problem. Fair funding and to avoid parallel singular processes such as the one in Catalonia because it is a breach of the principle of solidarity between Spaniards.

If Catalonia collects 100% of the taxes, which is the objective they have set, they are sovereign when it comes to managing their taxes and calculating what they should give to the Government of Spain to pay for state services.

A country, a nation or a state is defined by inter-territorial solidarity and it is curious that those who defend the most unsupportive measures are those who call themselves progressive. It is neither reasonable, sensible nor fair.

Relations with the Andalusian PSOE after the arrival of María Jesús Montero. We are going to have more noise and Andalusian politics will become more bogged down. Juan Espadas has contributed to a calmer atmosphere with education and correctness and now times of more decibels in politics are coming and that is not good for Andalusia or for the political leaders.

We are not going to fall for the provocations they are trying to make against us and we are going to dedicate ourselves to working.

We ask María Jesús Montero to solve the problems of the Andalusians because seven years ago she promised as a councillor to give Andalusia 4.000 million more and she has not put in a single cent. There are many things in which she can help Andalusia, but the more Sánchez, the less Andalusia and Montero is characterised by being her right-hand man.

There is a strategy within the PSOE to normalise and whitewash a dark situation that has been going on in Andalusia for more than a decade.

It is intended to claim the 40 years of socialist governments forgetting the abuses of the Public Administration and the corruption casesBoth are awaiting ratification of the sentence and until it occurs they are under suspicion of irregularities.

Health Andalusia. We have implemented a plan that is working, reducing surgical waiting lists by 40%. We have set a limit on primary care to be attended to within 72 hours and we are reorganizing public health services.

We are facing two major difficulties, namely: The population has aged and that leads us to a difference in consumption that had not occurred before. We already have a higher demand and we have to add to this the retirements of the healthcare staff. 15% of professionals that we do not have the capacity to renew.

We have put Four new medical schools in Andalusia, which will bear fruit later. We have stabilized 90% of the workforce and have dignified the professionals to attract them to Andalusia, but there are specialties that are complicated and that are rarely sold.

We ask the Spanish Government to increase the number of MIR places and to speed up the homologation of qualifications in order to be able to incorporate professionals from other countries. We are working to alleviate the situation with the enormous help of health professionals.

Housing problem. Land is a very red tape issue because three administrations are involved in this matter and there are also problems with the many existing taxes. Bureaucracy and taxes must be removed to make land available to citizens.

We approved a housing decree so that people with lower incomes can access them, especially young people. And we are going to make urban planning more flexible to facilitate housingIt is also important to protect private property so that no one can occupy the owners' assets.

Elections in Andalusia. I have always said that a few years in office were enough, but they are not because there are projects that we have underway that are key and that need to be given a boost. Furthermore, given the political and social situation in Spain and Andalusia, it would be irresponsible for me to step aside and plunge my party into a leadership crisis.

Spain is in a very complicated situation with the Sánchez Government and we cannot take a single step back, nor a step into the past.

Andalusia remains the region with the greatest potential in Spain, as many of the investors who come to this region say. This is also confirmed by forecasts such as that of BBVA Research, which states that it is the region that will grow the most in 2025.

We need to continue doing things well, have political stability and continue defining an Andalusia with a vocation for leadership.

Andalusia has awakened and is much more proud and aware of the enormous potential it has, and it is all the result of the change in mentality and the capacity for work of the Andalusians.
