Juanma Moreno stated that "if we want to continue having the best professionals, we have to pay for that". "Our professionals are the worst paid in all of Spain, they are well below the average salary in Spain, and that ends up affecting patient care," she said.
The president of PP Andaluz has affirmed that "we see how well-trained professionals come out of our faculties, and they already leave with contacts and pre-agreements to go to other communities or countries to practice their profession." In the last five years, Andalusian professionals have lost between 3.000 and 10.000 euros gross of annual salary. “If we add job insecurity to that, we know that professionals without family responsibilities fly from Andalusia. This gives rise to a lack of specialists in some subjects and poor service to our patients”, said Juanma Moreno.

Moreno has also announced the willingness of the Andalusian PP to face the execution of new infrastructures, and specifically in the province of Cádiz the new hospital in the capital, the modernization of the Jerez hospital, improvement of the radiotherapy service, the expansion of services of the La Línea hospital, the Chare de Vejer, the Algeciras maternity hospital and the new map of health centers in San Fernando, El Puerto, Barbate and Rota and the specialty center in Arcos and Ubrique, among other actions.
