• After the Court has estimated a PPA appeal, López reiterates that "we are the only guarantee that the truth is known and that the defrauded money is recovered"
• "We request a series of tests to determine the alleged irregularities and find out if there has been a loss to the pocket of the Andalusians"
The general secretary of the Andalusian Popular Party, Loles López, has affirmed that "the Justice once again agrees with the PPA" after the Provincial Court of Seville has partially upheld the appeal filed by the party against the order in which Investigating judge number 6 of Seville decreed the provisional dismissal and archive of the case of the training courses.
"We are the only guarantee that the truth is known, that the defrauded money is recovered, that these acts are not repeated and that those who committed them pay," López defended.
The general secretary of the popular Andalusians has explained that this appeal of the PPA was requested "to carry out a series of tests to determine the alleged irregularities that may have occurred, in the use, in the concession, in the justification and in the liquidation of those aids that were destined to the training of the Andalusian unemployed”.
Also to find out "if there has been an economic loss to the Andalusian administration and, therefore, to the pocket of all Andalusians" in a case in which 24 people are being investigated, "among them senior officials of the PSOE", in a period from 2009 to 2012.
"The issue is really serious because we are talking about training for the Andalusian unemployed and the main concern of the Andalusians is unemployment," he added.
López has indicated that "we are the only ones who have been involved in PSOE corruption cases for years" because "Andalusians have the right to know what happened to their money, especially the unemployed."
