• "Neither Sánchez nor Díaz show their faces in the face of the humanitarian crisis that Andalusia is experiencing"
• Considers it "worrying" that the reception of European countries is voluntary because "Spain loses and Andalusia loses"
• Calls for "an action plan with concrete measures and resources on the table"
The general secretary of the Andalusian PP, Loles López, today demanded that Susana Díaz "fewer headlines and more facts" to attend to the massive arrival of immigrants to Andalusia and accused her of having cut more than half of her government's budget for these policies. Thus, she denounced that she "sold to hype and cymbal" the III Comprehensive Plan for Immigration in Andalusia Horizon 2016, which had an average annual budget of 419 million euros and the average real expense has been 192 million euros.
López stressed the seriousness of the situation in Andalusia, where "in just two weeks five Aquarius have arrived" and stated that "neither Sánchez nor Díaz show their faces in the face of this humanitarian crisis."
He insisted that the Andalusian government's action in this matter has been "practically nil" and gave as an example that the budget program for the Coordination of Migration Policies had a budget of 2012 million euros in 15,8 and in 2018 it had 4,9 .XNUMX million euros.
The general secretary of the PPA accused Sánchez of "looking the other way in the face of a situation of enormous depth in Andalusia" and affirmed that Díaz "keeps a complicit silence to maintain his position in his party." She assured that "Andalusia is the victim of the political game between Sánchez and Díaz."
López described as "insufficient" the request of the Andalusian government for the Sector Committee of the autonomous communities and stated that "an action plan with concrete measures and resources on the table" is necessary.
He censured the "lack of coordination and inaction" of the central and regional governments and censured that Sánchez considers a priority "the rapprochement of ETA prisoners as payment to those who have taken him to La Moncloa despite the humanitarian crisis that Andalusia is experiencing".
Finally, López referred to the agreement reached by the EU countries on Immigration and considered it "worrying" that the reception of European countries is voluntary because "Spain loses and Andalusia loses".
