• The president of the Andalusian PP believes that more than a tribute is "the memory of a symbol" that united us to combat the scourge of terrorism

• He urged the young people of New Generations to convey that "the memory of Miguel Angel cannot die"

• “We will never be able to pay the victims of terrorism everything they gave for us”

The president of the Andalusian PP, Juanma Moreno, today paid tribute to Miguel Angel Blanco in an act with young people from Nuevas Generaciones de Andalucía and described as a "show of resentment, pettiness, of not having understood anything, the equidistance" of parties of left in the tributes that have been held these days on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of his assassination.

For Juanma Moreno, what we celebrate these days is more than a tribute, it is "the memory of a symbol for the great Spanish nation that knew how to unite to combat the scourge of terrorism." He referred to what he supposed that in many corners of the Basque Country where there were no demonstrations against ETA, "the issue began to be discussed and the spirit of Ermua was born, which isolated the terrorists, which meant the victory and defeat of ETA" .

During the act, a minute of silence was observed and in which both the leader of the Andalusian PP and the members of NNGG have placed their white painted hands on a mural as a tribute to the councilor of Ermua.

Moreno has urged the young people of Nuevas Generaciones to convey that "the memory of Miguel Angel Blanco cannot die" and recalled that "we owe him a lot, we will never be able to pay them for everything they gave for us."
