· Antonio Repullo regrets the internal war of the Government, which modifies the Law of Only Yes is Yes after four months in which it has given time to reduce the sentences of 400 sexual offenders, irreparable damage to Spanish society.
· Requests co-governance for Andalusia with European funds and makes it ugly that the Government remains silent before the 241 projects valued at more than 43.200 million that the Board and local entities have proposed.
· Remember that the Andalusians suffer a grievance in the financing of 1.000 million a year and points out the need for a temporary compensatory fund to which Espadas voted against in the Senate.
El Secretary General of the Andalusian PP, Antonio Repullo, has encouraged the Government of Spain and the PSOE to "work responsibly and loyally in the great brand that is Andalusia", which for the Popular Party "is the only brand that really matters and for which we work".
For this reason, it has called for "responsibility from the Government of Sánchez and to cease its erratic policies that distance themselves from management and contribute to making problems derived from inflation more difficult", with measures such as the disappearance of the crime of sedition and the reduction of penalties for embezzlement, without forgetting the "internal war" that the Government has with the Only Yes is Yes Law, which it now announces that it will modify "without dialogue and late", after four months in which more than 400 sexual offenders have been able to request and receive a reduction in their sentences, specifically in Andalusia, 68 sexual offenders with reduced sentences and two on the street before their time. "Irreparable damage has been done to Spanish society," he insisted.
Likewise, Repullo has also asked for "loyalty" to the central government that "turns its back on the Andalusians from the point of view of European funds", after verifying how it reaches "preferential agreements" with the Basque Country regarding them and, Instead, "it turns its back on vital agreements for Andalusia to advance" with resources that amount to more than 70.000 million and that the Sánchez government "is determined to manage unilaterally with respect to Andalusia and not the same with other communities."
For this reason, the general secretary of the popular Andalusians has called for "co-governance" recalling that the CCAAs and local entities represent a third of public spending and more than half of public investment in the EU. Hence, it is necessary "the real and effective participation of the CCAA and the municipalities" that Sánchez denies to the citizens, "a disloyalty with each and every one of the Andalusians."
An example of this is the "silence that the Government of Sánchez keeps" before the 241 projects valued at more than 43.2000 billion that "the Junta de Andalucía and the local entities have proposed" to the central Executive with an adaptation of the funds of the Recovery Mechanism and Resilience (MRR). "Logically we need these funds to help families face the effects of inflation and to help the productive fabric, as well as give priority to basic issues such as the hydraulic works that Andalusia needs and electrical infrastructures."
Thus, Repullo has urged that there be "greater transparency and partition" and has shown the support of the Andalusian PP for the request of the Government of Andalusia to urgently convene the Sectoral Conference of the Recovery Plan that has not met since August 2021.
The general secretary has also warned about the under-financing suffered by Andalusia, which "loses 1.000 million opportunities every year, an expense that would be worthwhile to improve our convergence with the rest of Spain, and a situation that represents a significant insult to the rest of the financing that they have other CCAAs”.
"A temporary compensatory fund was proposed months ago while the financing system is reformed, which is complex and requires the unanimity of all the CCAAs, and thus while the situation of loss suffered by the Andalusians could be corrected, but Swords voted against it, a clear example of disloyalty to Andalusia”.
“We ask for responsibility and loyalty from the Government of Spain and the PSOE, that Sanchista party that has stopped defending Andalusia and only does it for Pedro Sánchez. From the PP we are going to continue defending how the Government of Juanma Moreno works for what matters most to us, in what interests everyone, which is to work for that great brand that is Andalusia”.
